  19.     CT, sorry, I was attempting to be as objective and unbiased
  20.     as possible.

  22.     I had unpleasant dealings with CT almost two years ago but
  23.     the problems were finally resolved.  I have not done any
  24.     business with CT since.

  26.     I did post something about a company's right to earn a
  27.     profit if the appropriate customer service accompanies
  28.     the product, arriving working _or_ not working.  This
  29.     was defending capitalism, not CT specifically.
